The name Vila Vitae comes from Latin. Vila, the home that welcomes, shelters, and protects — the refuge where you rest and belong. Vitae, of life, in all its fullness. Vila Vitae is, above all, an invitation to live well.

But there is something more personal behind each door. Our houses bear the names of three people who make our lives fuller: Matteo, Julia, and Lucas — my nephews. Naming each villa after them was the way I found to put affection into stone and wood, to make every space carry the same care we devote to those we love.

This is the hospitality you'll find here: that of someone who welcomes you not as a guest, but as family. Every detail was designed to make you feel at home — perhaps even a little more than at home.

Vila Vitae brings together three houses — Vila Matteo, Vila Júlia, and Vila Lucas — each with its own rooms, lofts, and suites.

The idea is simple: to offer the independence of a space of your own, with the finish, cleanliness, and service of a boutique hotel. Every space was designed with attention to design and comfort, intended both for those traveling on business and for those seeking leisure or a longer stay in the city.
