Our property blends the coziness of a home with the modern design of a loft, featuring six carefully designed lofts to ensure maximum comfort and practicality. Each unit is equipped with high-quality finishes and all the amenities you deserve: air conditioning, a full kitchen, well-lit spaces, and thoughtful details to provide an unforgettable stay. The service area is equipped with a freezer and an 80-liter electric oven to support the lofts, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, and a dryer. 

Guests will have access to the outdoor area, which includes (i) a smoking area; (ii) a shower; and (iii) a service area equipped with two washing machines, two dryers, a drawer freezer, and an 80-liter electric oven. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided at no extra cost.

Additional important information: (i) There are security cameras and access control. (ii) Access is fully automated. (iii) Only Loft 1 has a parking space. If your reservation is for a different loft, street parking with security is available nearby. (iv) The property is very quiet and safe, with a security booth staffed by a guard both day and night.

Metro: The property is approximately 15–20 minutes on foot from Campo Belo Station (Line 5 – Lilac), which connects to the city center and Paulista Avenue with transfers at Santa Cruz Station and Chácara Klabin Station.

Train (CPTM): Berrini Station (Line 9 – Emerald) is the closest, about 9 minutes on foot — a great option for those heading to the Centro Empresarial business district or the Marginal Pinheiros corridor.

Bus: Several SPTrans lines serve the area, with a stop less than 2 minutes away on foot.

Car / Ride-hailing: The location offers easy access to major roads: Avenida Santo Amaro, Avenida dos Bandeirantes, and Avenida Berrini. Congonhas Airport is approximately 10 minutes away by car.
