A beautiful, highly equipped house in Brooklin, catering to professionals and students looking for a quiet place, located just 4 blocks from Berrini, close to Vila Olímpia, as well as the Berrini Train Station and Campo Belo Metro Station. The kitchen features independent refrigerators/freezers, and each room has its own partition. It also includes a sandwich maker, air fryer, toaster, electric oven, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as a beautiful 4-burner gas stove with oven. The laundry area is equipped with an ironing board, iron, washing machine, and dryer.

Please keep the volume of music and television low to moderate in order to maintain a peaceful environment. Headphones are welcome. The house is equipped for remote work, so you are more than welcome to work from here.

Guests will have access to the shared areas: (i) living room; (ii) kitchen; (iii) backyard;(iv) bathrooms.

Metro: Campo Belo Station (Line 5 – Lilac), just a few minutes away — connects to the city center, Paulista Avenue, and other lines.
